"To this special Division are mandated all the activities, explains Nicola Broccardo - GM at Advance Projects Division, about planning, coordination, control, monitoring and change management, related to projects/contracts at high complexity and impact with the objective of minimizing the likelihood of failure. To ADVANCED PROJECTS DIVISION are assigned projects of all sizes and it is particularly effective when the same are complex (many resources involved, long execution time, technical complexity), critics (for delivery time, budget, quality), or composed of more sub-projects that will significantly increase the level of risk".

Through ADVANCED PROJECTS DIVISION, Officine Meccaniche Dal Zotto can ensure, for our customers, acceptable goals of risk/opportunity for all those projects that generally have increasing levels of risk with increasing complexity of the same.
